Nutmeg IFT announces its February meeting on 13th

After a short break, Nutmeg IFT is proud to announce another great get-together event, this time at the DRESSING ROOM RESTAURANT in Westport, CT.

In late 2006, chef, cookbook author, and food policy activist Michel Nischan teamed up with like-minded actor and philanthropist Paul Newman to open Dressing Room – a homegrown restaurant – reflecting their mutual commitment to neighborly hospitality, local, natural and organic ingredients and regional American heir-loom food.

We are meeting at their place for a dinner, presentation and networking. Please see the flyer below for details.

October meeting is approaching

After our successful Kick Off meeting in September, we bring before you another great opportunity to network. This time we have invited Dr. Darrell Gerdes the Manager of Research and Product & Packaging Development for Imperial Sugar Company, a division of Louis Dreyfus Commodities. We have also arranged a guided tour of the firm, and an optional candy making demo.
